Multipurpose wood panels(MFP) are manufactured from wood particles by bonding under high pressure and temperature. They are a perfect combination of strength, appearance and durability. MFP boards are moisture-resistant and have a homogeneous density, therefore, the different fasteners withstand a greater pull-out force. The strength characteristics are the same both longitudinally and transversally across the sheet. Excellent technical characteristics, moisture resistance, easy drilling, cutting and milling, nailing and stapling, fastening with screws, even close to the edges, gluing and painting make them a better alternative to OSB. The manufacturing technology of MFP boards gives them resistance to insects, fungi and mould. They are certified to the CE EN 13986 – P5 standard. APPLICATION: * Roofing, Wall panels, Floor structures, Cladding, Support structures, Formwork, Suspended ceilings, Furniture, Packaging, Decoration
Specification of wooden panels
Multifunctional moisture resistant panels
| Outer dimension in mm | Cover size in mm | |

It can be easily shaped and processed to meet specific project requirements, enabling a wide range of applications. MFP is commonly used in construction, prefabricated houses, furniture manufacturing, interior and architectural design, cabinets, shelving and other carpentry projects. Its smooth and uniform surface also makes it suitable for painting, laminating or veneering, providing endless design possibilities. It offers good mechanical strength and stability. It can effectively support moderate loads, making it suitable for structural applications such as wall paneling, partitions and flooring, exterior walls. Its consistent density and uniform composition provide reliable strength and performance.
MFP is specifically designed to have exceptional moisture resistance, making it an ideal choice for areas where traditional wood panels can be vulnerable (such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc.). This is due to the manufacturing process itself, which involves treating the wood particles or fibers with moisture-resistant additives and binders, creating moisture-resistant floor panels that can withstand even occasional, direct contact with water without compromising their structural integrity.
Another advantage of the offered wooden panels is the easy installation. With its precise dimensions and consistent quality, MFP can be easily assembled, reducing construction time and labor costs. The relatively low weight also makes handling and transportation more convenient.
Along with applications in construction, MFP also appears as a universal material in the field of packaging solutions, offering countless advantages in a variety of industries. Depending on the materials used in the production process, they can also be used for packaging food products. All materials are subjected to control and verification for compatibility with food products. All inputs are subjected to control and verification for compatibility with food products.
The proposed premium board MFP also has a so-called “non-wood declaration”. Or a declaration that allows packaging and export to destinations that prohibit the import of timber and timber derivatives due to the risk of spreading infections (e.g. Bluestain – a fungal infection on trees) and insects.
Last but not least, multi-purpose moisture-resistant boards are extremely eco-friendly, as they are often derived from recycled wood fibers and adhesives with low VOC emissions. By using these eco-friendly materials, companies can minimize their environmental footprint while ensuring the integrity and safety of their packaged products.
